ChartAir Sp. o.o. is Polish, dynamically developing company operating in the area of financing and leasing of aircraft – airplanes, helicopters, gliders and gyroplanes.
The Company’s development is related to the increasing demand to finance the purchase of aircraft and relatively little interest in traditional lenders providing such financing. ChartAir Sp. o.o. – Knowing the specifics of the aviation market and the needs of Clients- applies individual approach and flexible, made-to-measure solutions. It isgood an alternative for banks.
We operate primarily in the area of General Aviation, leasing aircraft for the purposes of business, recreation and sports activities.
Within the scope of our competence we are also supporting our Clients in obtaining flight crews and maintenance of leased aircraft.
The efficiency and reliability of the Company in its everyday functioning and related interest of Clients from different countries towards the offer of the Company, enables to successfully expand our activities also in the area of passenger and cargoaviation.
Maciej Gutkowski
The originator of the project and Chairman of the Board. Inthe financing of the airline industry since 2003. During this time he participated in financing about 100 aircraft (i.a. .: Eurocopter EC130, EC120, Tecnam 2010, Beechcraft C90, Tecnam 2010, Robinson R44, Piper SENECA V, Falcon 900LX, Cessna Citation) for a total amount exceeding 90000 000 EURO. In 2002-2006, Senior Account Manager at Societe General Equipment Leasing. In the years of 2006-2010 Head Of Aviation Team at Deutsche Leasing Poland S.A. – The actual creator of the branch leasing of aircraft Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. First of all, thanks to his efforts, the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe achieved a 47% market share of leased aircraft in Poland. He cooperates with the biggest producers and suppliers of aircraft in the world (airplanes, jets, helicopters). Participates in largest European Air Fair: Geneva, Friedrichshsffen, Paris.
Marek Gąsiorek
Vice President of the Company. Pilot (license PPL-A). Engineer architect. Co-owner of aviation training center. He has many years of experience in the airline industry. Thanks tothe knowledge of international and national air law and air procedures he is able to accurately diagnose the situation and help the Clientseven in the most difficult situations. He has experience in cooperation with Aviation Administration, inimport, carrying out registration and admission to the flight of aircraft in the Polish and the EU, as well as in obtaining a license by the aircraft personnel. He combines extensive contacts in the aviation industry and experience in the organization and management of enterprises and large commercial and development investments.
Piotr Warda
Legal Counsel (WA – 7245) and the mediator in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw,closely cooperating with the Company. The head of the Warda Law Firm, a specialist in aviation law. In business since the beginning of his more than 15-year career. He has advised to large Polish and foreign capital Groupsin media, entertainment, technology, real estate, telecommunications and FMCG branches. He headed the legal departments of companies. He runs his own companies. Hehas many contacts in Poland and abroad. Passionate about aviation.
